Serious question, why do so many people have anxiety about talking on the phone?
I can't read the other person's reactions or convey my own. Without seeing facial expressions my brain is working overtime to try and read the conversation and find the right words and modulate my voice just so... All human interaction makes me nervous but phones are the worst
