I missed the part in the constitution that says you have freedom of press, except for cop declared riots. I actually like the american constitution though so maybe that was my issue

Fake press that do illegal things to cops are not protected by the constitution. Real Americans don't harass the police, & don't get arrested. They support the police. That includes funding when you defund.
