Back in front of the JC. No cops visible. Man with the megaphone--the one talking to the police earlier--is talking about police reform. He's talking about how we just want to demonstrate. He's thanking the police for "standing down and letting us talk"

Lot of weird fights breaking out. Someone threw something at someone else, or possibly at the fence? It's getting very weird out here. There's no ritual for ending once the police leave. People are, I think, very tired
