Could it be a rental or would that show up in the purchase history?
I hope someone can answer this question--it seems like sale to a rental agency should come up but I'm basing that on logic and not experience

A car tried to hit protestors on SW 3rd. Car circled around and tried to hit them a second time. It was a black sedan, unclear of make or Lic. Will report back if we get more info. They’re yelling for a medic!
