Police fences erected along 5th Street at Madison, main, Jefferson, possibly more. One cop car with searchlight guarding on the side closest to the river. #defendPDX

The fence DOES wrap: runs along first all the way to Morrison; Morrison is clear. Mains fence is not closed but it is heavily guarded by police. I suspect they let their vehicles it there
