Fence extends all the way down Jefferson from 5th down to First. Gonna find out if it wraps around or not

The fence DOES wrap: runs along first all the way to Morrison; Morrison is clear. Mains fence is not closed but it is heavily guarded by police. I suspect they let their vehicles it there
