I went through this whole article and I think the “manipulate numbers to generate support for reopening take” is kind of a wild one here.
I'm honestly not sure how else to interpret a decision to limit data that was previously available just as Florida is reopening, and firing someone who objected

The claim is censorship, not falsification. Preliminary data was available, now it isn't. T my understanding, that's the kind of data we most need to understand the effects of reopening in real time, and it's a bad sign that Florida is no longer releasing those numbers
