Portland is on lockdown and my landlord has banned non-essential maintainance for th last two weeks so why in the fuck did they send some unfortunate worker to clean my apartment's hallway carpets right now? This is the second time they've done this No fucks given apparently

Are they on a regular schedule? I could totally see someone forgetting to alert the contracted company that they’re locking things down.
I've lived here closing in on 8 months and the first time I saw carpet cleaners in this building was two weeks ago (I suspect it's also the first time these carpets have seen a carpet cleaner in years, but that's a whole other thing)
