There's some good news for yesterday. None of it offsets the increased possibility that Trump wins 2020 against an incompetent Joe Biden, but hear me out: 1. Bernie isn't out of the race. Not gonna sit here and say I like his chances, but it's not over

3. We may avoid a brokered convention. I don't know why it makes me feel so much better that the American people are actively choosing their demise rather than having it foisted on them. I guess it feels more like they're getting what they asked for, this way

And yes, I'm aware that the news media has done almost everything they could to blunt Bernie's momentum and promote Biden. I'm aware that the political machine put more than a thumb on the scales last night. That's politics. We were urging Warren to do the same thing

I hate it. I hate that they outmaneuvered us. But this isn't the time to cry about it. We're progressives BECAUSE we know how rigged and shit the system is, this shouldn't be a surprise. It's time to work our asses off, to do everything we can, because it isn't over. Not just yet
