There are toxic MRA’s who simply hate feminism. But in practice women’s groups don’t fight for paternity rights or equity in low level jobs. And even academics will blame men for their problems.
And--added bonus!--breakthroughs in liver cancer research will almost certainly benefit skin cancer research also It's OK for a movement to focus primarily on a specific problem and not every single problem all at once

I hope I was clear in saying it’s okay to focus on skin cancer, but we shouldn’t be forced to pretend like you’re working to fix all health problems when you only focus on skin cancer.

That's perfectly fair! But the original argument seems to be that because liver cancer charities don't focus on skin cancer, you can't really call yourself a supporter of the liver cancer charity. There's surely room to support both
