As a metaphor: imagine there are two types of cancer: skin cancer and liver cancer. And let's say I start a charity for liver cancer research. I'm not anti-skin cancer for doing this. I'm not saying skin cancer isn't important. I'm concentrating on liver cancer, and that's OK.

And--added bonus!--breakthroughs in liver cancer research will almost certainly benefit skin cancer research also It's OK for a movement to focus primarily on a specific problem and not every single problem all at once

I hope I was clear in saying it’s okay to focus on skin cancer, but we shouldn’t be forced to pretend like you’re working to fix all health problems when you only focus on skin cancer.
