(1) Yea...how about...putting out a statement saying NO ONE can use copyrighted material PERIOD on YouTube?? Because there are live streams RIGHT NOW happening that are using TONS of it, NEVER getting striked, then deleting/privating the videos.

(2) Didn't YouTube also state that if you report a channel/video it will be reviewed?? AND that even if a person deletes a video/Live Stream, YouTube retains a copy for that purpose? Then,...why are Live Streams that Attack other creators, etc., still able to go live and repeat?
