If you get an unexpected “Resume Editing” button 1Password, don’t click Cancel afterwards. That threw away most of the fields in my item.

@1Password Not that I'm aware of. I don't think either of these items had been edited in years. -
@mjtsai That's odd. That should only show up if the app was closed while an edit was in progress. -
@1Password Also, I would expect clicking Cancel to discard only the in-progress edit. I certainly never edited to delete all the fields. -
@mjtsai That is what the cancel should do. Question, do you have a Mac or Windows version you sync with? -

@mjtsai Okay, on Mac, you should have a recent backup you could restore to recover that lost info. Check File > Restore & look at the times. -
@mjtsai Ugh, yeah, it's a heck of a workaround. Super hard to do á la carte item recovery in encrypted files like that.
