Terre Haute prison officials just told me that they're not expecting any news from SCOTUS on Lisa Montgomery until at least 9 p.m. eastern. her attorneys are still filing for relief from various courts.

Contrary to some tweets I have seen, #SCOTUS has not denied all relief to #LisaMontgomery. Two sets of issues are still undecided — mental competency (7th Circuit) and whether the execution dates violates the trial court's original sentencing order (8th Circuit). @DPInfoCtr
