Judge Hidalgo is a fierce force and tremendously talented. Keep your eyes on her. She has already shown how smart and brave she is. I’m confident that she is going to do even better things for Texas and I am here for it.
As Texas‘ Harris County judge, Lina Hidalgo is leading the coronavirus response for one of America‘s largest counties.
She‘s faced resistance from state officials, but has adjusted by “going straight to the community.”
