Republicans have had majority in the Supreme Court for 46 of the 47 years since Roe vs Wade. At one point in the early 90s they had a 8-1 majority. If Roe vs Wade was going to be overturned it would’ve happened by now. Quit fear mongering.
If Roe v. Wade were overturned, the legality of abortion would be determined by state legislatures.
With 80 percent of statehouse seats up for grabs this November, advocates are now turning their attention down-ballot.
