Moved my parents near me a year ago (we live 15 mins from the Kirkland WA epicenter) and now, with my my teen daughter exposed to a confirmed covid and my other daughter reaching a 103° fever a few days ago, it'll be weeks before I can see them since I'm a potential vector

My parents are older, but not frail nor sick. I come over to visit them a few times a week. I am feeling a little anxious that I’ll bring the bug to them since it’s possible to be asymptomatic —But I cannot NOT see them.
