It's weird: I don't really want a silver play button that much, but it still bothers me that after having >100k subscribers for over a month now, @youtube still hasn't contacted me to give me one. Maybe complaining on twitter will help.

Not that I've seen, no. I'm not sure how long the confirmation process is supposed to take, but we crossed 100k on December 13th.
