cont... and just like freedom of speech in real life you can't call or cause harm with your statements I.e yelling fire in a crowded movie theater or calling for the active assault of people who don't agree with you, like

let me just cut to the chase..."Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech" this is part of the actual first amendment...(1)

...the only thing this does is guarantee that *the government*...won't make any law that stops freedom of speech...no mention of businesses or websites or anything else...it only concerns the protection against future laws being made.

...if...this amendment said something like "the public shall forever have the freedom of speech in whatever manner they choose" it would be a very different USA; but this seems to be the interpretation many Americans have. you can clearly see the difference.

Youtube "Broadcast Yourself" these two words make your entire argument redundant, also for a non American to argue American politics is incredibly ignorant.

My friend, I would love to see how far your argument went in court. I've never once argued American politics. I'm talking about a point of law and how it applies in real world situations. I'm afraid the ignorance ball is firmly in your court.

(2) the US court doc that you've copied the point about inciting harm to others etc...shows that there are limitations. I've said all along that companies like YouTube (whether we like it or not) are free to impose whatever limitations they like...thats just the way it is.

OK, ok..pop quiz...if I'm an artiste and my "craft" involves me livestreaming crapping into a glass then using my fingers to "paint" onto a canvas; occasionally licking my fingers clean...this is the way I express myself, should that be OK on YouTube?

You need to understand, just because I have free speech doesn't mean I can yell fire in a crowded theater. This whole thing was started becuase @gaywonk is such a think skinned pussy and couldn't handle being called wrong
