(2) the US court doc that you've copied the point about inciting harm to others etc...shows that there are limitations. I've said all along that companies like YouTube (whether we like it or not) are free to impose whatever limitations they like...thats just the way it is.

OK, ok..pop quiz...if I'm an artiste and my "craft" involves me livestreaming crapping into a glass then using my fingers to "paint" onto a canvas; occasionally licking my fingers clean...this is the way I express myself, should that be OK on YouTube?

So please explain how a slogan of "Broadcast Yourself" equals "Broadcast and say anything you like with no boundaries or exceptions" because that is what true free speech is. You also say free speech is everything except you cant say that or say that...(1)
