I've never once heard of the US government forcing a company to allow its users "free speech"...mind you I'm not an American so I'm not privy to all the news. Remember though the US Constitution was written before radio was even invented.
cont... and just like freedom of speech in real life you can't call or cause harm with your statements I.e yelling fire in a crowded movie theater or calling for the active assault of people who don't agree with you, like @gaywonk

let me just cut to the chase..."Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech" this is part of the actual first amendment...(1)

...the only thing this does is guarantee that *the government*...won't make any law that stops freedom of speech...no mention of businesses or websites or anything else...it only concerns the protection against future laws being made.
