Some do say *any* building is good in a housing crisis, right? 😄 Everything new lowers rents?
This will be my new go-to example for why that's not necessarily true. We need regular homes for regular people to fix this.

I know. And that's kind of the point. I consider a multi-million dollar condo that don't get sold or stays vacant for years sort of a giant art piece 😄
