High SR players are a very small minority. So tell me why Blizzard should spend time and effort improving things for you instead of prioritizing the vast majority of the playerbase - low SR players? "The region" is not dead. High SR players are not "the region". Low SRs are.

4500 players is a very small minority, they are also the region's representation on int events and content creators to help other players improve. But this problem isn't only affecting that elite, a masters account on prime time takes 4 hours to queue, diamonds take 30min-1hour
