Its almost impossible to overdose off fentanyl through the skin... powder or pills. Fent is not readily absorbed by the skin hence the reason addicts have to snort/inject/smoke it...bs charge just to put a man in jail longer for the war on drugs, id like to see the cops piss test

I hate that I’m just now seeing this but, was there any consideration that the cop took a surreptitious “bump” of the substance and THAT is why he overdosed from it?

So he's in jail because the officer had a panic attack. That's not a crime.
