A couple of years ago, £400 is what it cost me to heat my 3 bed house for a YEAR!

You're not giving us £400 though.....you are actually giving it to the energy companies! Do you think that they will be reducing our monthly payments because they've received £66. We will see none of it and be left with a tax bill to pay back this cap.
