I struggle a lot with answering correspondence on time. Anyone who has dealt with this have advice?

Religiously offload *everything* into todoist immediately, never without a due date or time. Not perfect but a significant improvement otherwise
I put everything on todoist but arguably don't use due dates enough and postpone too much.
