I increasingly find that it's not strategically useful to declare specific positions on certain things unless the purpose is to introduce switching costs for a given position in the future

COVID was the final blackpill because it showed the discourse loss function could be perfect, predict everything right and name every malfeasor to no consequences for anyone involved. It showed the current power structure isn't predicated on a lack of information and discourse.
Was a blackpill, yes, but on the other hand we saw the blob choke and fold on complexity across a bunch of different domains in a row
Raise the all-cause chaos level past a certain point and they can't function
That's a pretty major attack vector
