I tried wearing a 3M Aura while lifting because I heard it was breathable enough to wear during exercise. I don't know what sort of catatonic yoga these people think exercise is.

I'll just risk covid because I know I'll otherwise pass out and crack my head open on the squat rack
Alternatively I could buy gym equipment

The helmet has built-in fans, so I find it much more breathable than N95s. But I haven't tried it with any level of physical exertion
It also drowns out most external noise, so you'd have to put up with less grunting and such
