Many people have found the COVID period very difficult. But some, paradoxically, have been happier (or at least not less happy) than normal.
Besides the obvious, what psychological/behavioral/ demographic traits do you think predict lower negative well-being effects from COVID?

Significant contingent of people who always told themselves they would always do x “if they had the time” and have now discovered after not doing x that time was never really the barrier. It’s an illusion that has been stripped from them and now they are confronting other demons

There’s been an incredible increase in the number of people seeking treatment for ADHD - but untangling the knot of depression, anxiety, actual ADHD and some (or total) degree of lack of discipline during a pandemic is not something I envy
