Was telling my brunchmate about how oatly is a scam and our waitress, a few tables over goes “mHM!” and I egg her on and she goes, clapping her hands: “REDDIT DOT COM SLASH STOP EATING SEED OILS”

The only other things she said were “yeah oatly is sugar water” and “polyunsaturated fats!”

not sure, would recommend doing further research. chobani's oat milk looks more promising but still has 5g of rapeseed oil per serving in it, so, proceed with caution

also with a quick glance, it looks like most if not all oatmilk is made of oats processed with digestive enzymes, which are gonna consistently give you that extremely high glycemic index:
