Economy won't be mostly off Earth until robots dominate, & Earth stuff runs out. Not soon. Initially near Earth, but next place activity concentrates is Sun, to get its energy & use near it. Mass from Mercury. Oddly I can't find stories of this scenario.

I had always wondered whether the “most likely” alien invasion humanity could suffer from would actually be alien AGIs and Von Neumann probes moving into our solar system, deconstructing mercury and evading the sun in infrastructure. We simply have to watch and perish

Under that scenario our sun isn't more interesting than most stars, so if this happened a lot we'd see it happened to many stars around us before it happened to us.
