Defund is an idea that will go nowhere. It's silly to push ideas that have no chance of happening when there are plenty of good ideas that might better the situation that have a good chance of occurring.

So, it's a dream killer to point out that there's a bunch of very interesting, and possibly doable police reforms that can come out of all this and notice that defunding the police isn't one of them? It's also a great political issue for the other side to use against you.
