People like to meme on vegetarians but the truth is if I was a better person I would probably be one - simply lack the self discipline. My exit from eating animals is a race between between self-control and lab grown meat. Whichever comes first
I've been reducing my meat intake because of a similar position. I love the taste of meat and will keep an open mind when lab grown meat comes along.
But the truth is, we don't HAVE to eat meat. We could be vegetarians, if we wanted to.
