I‘m noticing a disconnect as well. Since I know very little about this, here’s what I generally do: watch for any disconnect between images & reported news. If they’re fake, that’s a news story. Fake? The video is directly from the People’s Daily. Maybe the equipment was used for depollution in the past but this is what are they are currently used for.
