It's scary the amount of fake news and videos I get sent from family through WhatsApp They are supposedly already filtering it. How do you even cope with this volume? Millions walk around believing fantasies - if that's not a national security threat, I don't know what is.

Most definitely, it is a threat. Both the people and the moderators from WhatsApp need to come forward to eradicate the problem. Unless you regulate the content, UNESCO will continue to make a lot of declarations about India.

Ha ha. NASA seems to have dialed back a little days. But, unless there is a product / platform solve, the volume is disproportionate for self regulation. Good intentions are just that.
