My biggest worry would be waking up and not having anything to do. That is why I like to stockpile unfinished projects. Just in case I need to do something else. Powernapping (5/15 mins) between tasks works for keeping focus. Prevent one big lunch but spreading that meal over the day and ”sleeping” during traveling when I use public transport to go the office works for me. This only works when you really want to reach a certain goal :-)

Nah. No one forces me. I could easily work 32 hour per week for the same income. To be able to do what I love and learn everyday something new from it is for me priceless. I would never advise people to work 966 unless it is for pursuing their own dreams. :-)
