Woah! I don't think any tool would properly work with such a huge project.

To clarify, this isn't one huge file, but rather 147005 files in 2098 directories. The main problem seems to be the Java GUI, takes forever to display the file tree, etc. But also in headless it takes forever to load the project. Wouldn't do it again in one project.
