Now I will go over why each of the bullet points under "Reused Content" are incorrect in their implication: "Audiovisual works" - I am not a review channel nor have I shown any video clips from popular media that are subject to copyright.
"Sound Recordings and Musical compositions" - All of the music used in my videos is copyright free or has been granted permission for use. If there was ever any copyrighted music in the background of a video, I removed it using the YouTube video editor.
"Visual and Written Works" - I have not ever referenced any paintings, posters, articles, or books in any of my videos. If the argument is against any images that I obtained from Google, this cannot be used against my channel since plenty of channels have monetization and use...

"Video games and computer software" - This may be why I am never approved. While I do stream and record various video game commentaries, I would also like to submit that thousands of other gaming channels are monetized and play the games that I do. If they are monetized, so can I
Any instance of "Reused Content" on my channel falls into the Fair Use Doctrine, which means that my channel must be being denied for some reason that I am not aware of. I am urging you, YouTube, to at least give me the videos that are the problem on my channel, so I know.
I am happy to delete any videos that deny my channel from monetization. However, I need to know what is going wrong because this is the fourth time I thought everything was fine when apparently it wasn't. @TeamYouTube, please provide help to one of your creators.

Hi there. Thanks for writing to us. Just to confirm, have you applied for YPP the first time and were rejected or was your channel monetized earlier and got rejected now? Let us know.
Hi, thanks for the reply. I lost monetization back in 2017 since my channel was smaller and didn’t meet the YPP requirements. When I met the 4,000/1,000 requirements last year, I reapplied again and was denied. Since then, I’ve been trying to reapply.
