  12. I can't believe my blog has reached 20,000+ hits already. In less than 2months, the number of hits doubled!
  13. Quads are still tired... still can't run or jog. Have gained 1pound of FAT this week. 1pound more to go next week...
  14. Finished 3:57'30" in the Milo Marathon. I qualified for the finals!!!
  15. I was wrong... midfoot striking seems to be better for long distance running.
  16. Looks like forefoot striking is the most efficient and safest way to run, you just need to learn how, and train your body to adapt.
  17. ran 11miles (17.7kms). Right calf muscle still hurting. But when I forced myself to be a real forefoot striker, the pain disappeared.
  18. can't run with painful right calf muscle. Gonna play SIMS3 instead.
  19. experienced cramping of right calf muscle during workout of 3 x 2,400meters
  20. Quads are just a little bit sore from yesterday's 20mile run. But I'm recovering really fast. Tomorrow's another hard run.
