@ Comps that have not VPN'ed have the problem on this network. This lappy fine on other networks. Problem is very intermittent.

@ but as I can resolve and ping the hosts but not download content from them, and it only affects CDN hosts, bet's on ISP.

@ have checked and is def not a DNS problem. still have lots more troubleshooting before I'm sure it's the ISP and not me...
