  10. @liza_cheteh No verdict. Idea paper with no real flavor. Only academics are allowed to publish papers without really doing anything :(

  12. OUM's concluding remarks: Focus should be on students and the learning -centered process. Need to be more innovative and adaptable. Amen
  13. OUM Challenges: lack of SME's, Academic's not familiar with LOs (who are?), and meeting student expectations, LMS needs to be user-friendly
  14. They send SMS to share content nuggets, start forum questions, provide tips, motivation quotes, and exam/assignment submission schedules.
  15. OUM is adopting mobile learning tools, and use SMS, Facebook and Twitter to facilitate some courses.
