Nice tip on my blog: ruby syntax highlighter: http://pygments.org/

Trying to use all what I've learned about ruby: layout, validation, errors, pagination, helpers, partials. Rails replied: you are arrogant
@rvidal Sorry, you cannot join my room. But you should try to re-submit your application next year. :-)
@rvidal hum... do you know java ? If not, that could be a problem :-)
Is there a Room on Friendfeed for "Java for Bioinformatics in French and sometimes mysql, C, C++ , art and gastronomy" ? :-)
I really have no css skills. My stylesheets are lousy.
Just downloaded JRuby. "jruby-1.1.3bin/jruby tinyseq.rb 1 2 3" works fine.
@mza Thanks ! :-)
Rails, Python, java persistence Api, EJB3 are on my list "must-be-known-before-september". Too much to do.
New *POST* ;-) : "Parsing NCBI-TinySeq with RUBY" http://tinyurl.com/64ymav
@rvidal who knows ? may be one day. I'll be known as a Ruby-Guru :-) ... But NOT now !! :-)
@rvidal sorry, new *post*
Writing a blog about my first experience with ruby.
@rvidal @Berci wikipedia can be parsed (e.g. infobox) and used to create a "semantic" thing (dbpedia, freebase). I don't think Knol can be.
Registering for google tech days in Paris Sept 18th. http://tinyurl.com/5mpf52
@mndoci Thanks (but , yes you're biased :-) ). I'm still dreaming of an good way to display the history of a given subject.
@mndoci Thanks ! Funny, I because haven't been using freebase for a long time and I guess other people have played with their api.
@mndoci seriously, why did they cite me ? (It's always good to know for my huge ego :-P )
@mndoci I'll tell my mother ! She'll be soooo proud.... :-)
Ruby and inner classes: can an internal have an access to its parent if the parental attributes are protected with attr_reader (like java)?
