  2. A day after my birthday and I get spammed by AARP. That's like having an ROTC at a day care center.
  3. I bought my truck with an automatic transmission so that I could hold hands with my partner while traveling. Yes, I'm serious.

  19. @tomcatx2 & @xdaxle - As mentioned, near dearth. Compared to San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley are barely hipsters destinations.
  20. One notable aspect of the lack of clubs and music venues in the East Bay is the near dearth of hipsters.
