  5. staying mostly OP, 60 minutes on the elliptical yesterday and again today. Need to add yoga and strength training

  9. @tripletdad7 I'd suggest doing everything you can, including counseling, before surgery. I've heard many bad things about it.
  10. @tripletdad7 Plus, there's an increased risk of alcoholism and it's not that much more effective long term than changing your lifestyle
  11. @tripletdad7 bariatric surgery comes with other complications, like an increased tendency towards alcoholism, and other medical issues
