  1. Gotta run. Heading over to @riovegas Talk soon...but don't follow if you don't want updates!
  2. He was going crazy because he never thought he would be there so long and it just all came to a head. And he did amazing after dinner break
  3. @marc_steinhauer He's just different. He's a very nice guy. He just seemed overwhelmed. Remember it was his first time on a plane
  4. Darvin wouldn't leave @riovegas during his summer trip. Didn't want to go to Strip. Said Rio was bigger than his town
  5. @nousernameNed Darvin said he didn't like the attention he got when he stepped away from table.
  6. She convinced him to go back downstairs and finish what he started. His chips would have been blinded off if he didn't return.
  7. Another Moon nugget: At the dinner break on Day 8 of Main Event, went to his hotel room with the chip lead, told his wife he was quitting
  8. @scottsanchez So those who didn't want to know the results wouldn't have to wait long for ESPN telecast. Only have to hide for 18 hours.
  9. I asked Joe Cada if he had a nickname. He said no. But watch the ESPN finale..he'll be known as Cada the Cooler now
  10. Some people calling Darvin Moon "Darvin Gump" I wonder if that is because he works in a forest all day?
  11. @woodbridgeOC Tomorrow night at 9 PM ET on ESPN.
  12. Darvin lives in Pittsburgh Steelers country. Wears a Saints hat to root for the underdog. Now Saints undefeated. Darvin's running good
  13. But he said no bcuz he thought he would then ask her for a shed 2 store it in Not sure what's greater. Wife wants a lawnmower or he said no
  14. Another Darvin Moon nugget. His wife asked for a lawnmower after he returned home in the summer with $1.2 mil. He said no.
  15. @seanrault We kick off in about 4 hours
  16. @ravensfann Good question. But he spends 6 days a week in the forest chopping trees. No need for a card in the forest I guess
  17. A woman watching final table on Saturday asked if this was really a movie being filmed. She couldn't believe how some of the hands unfolded
  18. Another interesting note. Darvin Moon doesn't own a credit card. Checks into @riovegas and has to put down a wad of twenties at front desk
  19. This final table has seen so many amazing hands it's hard to predict. Wait until you see the ESPN telecast. The river plays a HUGE part
  20. Joe Cada had 1% of the chips in play at one point Saturday. Now he has 135 million. Makes the saying "all you need is a chip and a chair"
