  1. Back in Toronto, leaving for Waterloo tonight.
  2. Ohnoes, loggin' into all my services from sketchy Internet cafes. Here's to hoping I don't get my paswordz stolen #securityfail
  3. Landed in Mendoza, waiting for our luggage to catch up with us. 30 hours of travel is almost over!
  4. @dwf @jondoda now, raising the temperature… That would be an interesting experiment!
  5. @dwf hahahaha I hate you :P
  6. @dwf that's the way I've always done it.
  7. "There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all." -- Peter Drucker (via @JohnDCook)
  8. @JohnMacIntyre ah, yes… Mmm… Yet another reason I use my laptop for absolutely everything :D
  9. @JohnMacIntyre ah, I guess I had always been under the impression you could uninstall+reinstall freely. If not… Well, I'd do it anyway :P
  10. T-minus six hours 'till Argentina!
  11. @bbkitchin Yea, I thought counterfiting might have something to do with it…
  12. @amw7 … but it's harder to take one big repo and split it into smaller ones.
  13. @amw7 the advantage of multiple repositories is that, if that stops working, you can merge them all into one repo…
  14. @amw7 I haven't used it extensively enough to say for sure… But I wouldn't worry about, for example, subrepos trashing your data.
  15. @amw7 One repository per project. Then use SubRepos to tie them all together.
  16. @igrigorik awesome – can I get the audio anywhere?
  17. In ur TCP stack, ACK'n ur SYNs.
  18. @singpolyma normally I'd put a tweet out to the world… But I think you're the only person I know with ties down there :P
  19. @singpolyma do you know anyone in the Bay Area looking for an awesome hacker? If so, they might like to meet @shazow.
  20. @shazow ah, well, that's good. Although… How can layoffs be full of win?
