  14. Favorite flavor cheese curds are horseradish from Cedar Grove! They are delicious when frozen, breaded and fried!
  15. Snowing again in Wisco- taking vacation days to rejuice and organize! Puerco Pibil in the oven, bread is rising- good day for snow...
  16. First farmers market of the year! Madison hosts the largest farmers market in the US- lots of cheese, bread, oils, and meats today.
