  6. It never rains - it pours. A total of 40.5mm in the gauge at he Baghdad-end of Hampton. Almost as many mm as degC forecast in Sydney today.

  10. November max temp records may be set for nearly half of Vic tomorrow. Hot Dam Hot. (Hot in S.A/Qld today; Maree & Birdsville 45deg already.)
  11. Adelaide -- March 2008: 15 consecutive days over 35. Jan-Feb 2009: 9 days. November 2009; 6 days and 2 more to come. God must hate churches.
  12. Adelaide gets 5 consecutive days over 35 in November for the first time ever. Previous best: 4 in row in 1894. Days of 39,39,40 to come.Ouch
  13. update: Melbourne now 5 days over 30degC with forecast 31, 31, 34, 31. If correct, it will be Melbourne's longest stretch of days >30 ever.
  14. @Airminded That article is slightly wrong... if we get 9 days over 30, it will be a record run of such days for ANY month. Thats crazy.
