  9. ok, phone is back to life. but screen is still showing a fair bit of water damage. running a backup of all my contacts/smses/tasks etc now
  10. @nadinerine one that you can't buy locally. HTC s740 (aka HTC Rose).
  11. plus, looking at the service manual, it doesn't look that easy to get to the screen to remove any moisture caught in between.
  12. might need a new phone soon I think. i hope it's not the end, but i fear it is. without the "special" screwdriver can't really open it up.
