  6. This a.m.: Won recommendation from Zoo Inspector to Local authority to grant zoo licence!!
  7. Born yesterday: 1 armadillo lizard and 3 zebra grass mice. Fingers crossed for the pregnant turkish spiny mice (critically endangrd species)

  9. Just arrived: 2 skunks & 10 guppies. The new calf's name is HARRISON!
  10. new in: a male and female skunk, yes 'skunk', and a new European eagle owl. Suggestions for names wanted!

  15. just re-homed: our four preying mantis ;-(
  16. a curly hair tarantula (Brachypelma albopilosum) and a mexican blond tarantula (Aphonopelma chalcodes) just in - both 'beauties'!!
  17. a new community of zebra grass mice are now happily installed in a vivarium in our discovery centre - come and see!
